HI! I’M JOSIE, THE FOUNDER OF EMPOWERED ESSENCE:
I’m a certified Rapid Transformative Therapist (RTT) & mindset and success coach for those ready to reconnect with their inner power. Apart from RTT hypnotherapy and a coaching degree from Authentic Living, I got a bachelor's degree in early childhood education, with teen years of experience within the school system. Together I tailor and intergrade my knowledge to create powerful and positive change in my client’s life.
Through my own personal healing journey, I discovered the profound transformation that happens when we work with—not against—the subconscious mind. I created Empowered Essence to help others do the same: release old stories, dissolve inner blocks, and rewrite the script of their lives.
My approach is deeply intuitive, client-focused, and rooted in compassion that creates result. I blend powerful RTT hypnotherapy techniques that unlike other hypnotherapy and regular therapy, THAT focus on finding the root cause to your problem directly.
