This website and all related services are operated by Empowered Essence by Josefine Bengtsson, based in Sweden.
The purpose of this website is to provide information, coaching, (RTT®) hypnotherapy, and digital personal development resources designed to support your growth, wellbeing, and success.

2. Services Overview

Empowered Essence offers:

  • 1:1 Coaching & Mindset Sessions

  • Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT®) Hypnotherapy

  • Online programs and workshops

  • Digital downloads such as meditations, EFT scripts, and other self-help materials

All services and content are for educational and self-development purposes only. They do not replace professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment.
You are responsible for your own physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing during and after participation in any session or program. And we are not held accountable if anything would happen to you before, during or after.

Individual results vary and depend on your personal commitment, mindset, and follow-through.

3. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations

All payments must be made in full at the time of booking or purchase.
Accepted payment methods include card, Stripe, or PayPal (depending on the product or booking system used).

Because these offerings involve personal transformation and/or instant access to digital materials:

  • All sales are final.

  • No refunds are available once a session, program, or digital product has been purchased.

For 1:1 sessions:

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your session time.

  • Missed sessions or late cancellations will not be refunded.

4. Scheduling & Delivery

Sessions are conducted online via Google Meet (unless otherwise arranged). Make sure you have a Google Account in order to attend your session.
You will receive a confirmation email after booking, including the date, time, and Google Meet link.

Digital products (such as audio downloads, PDFs, or course access) are delivered automatically via email or through your account portal after purchase.
Please ensure you enter your correct email address when purchasing.

5. Confidentiality

All personal information shared during coaching or RTT sessions is treated with strict confidentiality and follows GDPR.
Your details, stories, or experiences will never be shared without your written consent, except when required by law or if there is an immediate risk of harm to yourself or others.

Session recordings or hypnosis audios provided to you are for personal use only and may not be distributed or shared publicly.

6. Intellectual Property

All content found on this website — including text, graphics, logos, digital downloads, audios, videos, and written materials — is the intellectual property of Empowered Essence by Josefine Bengtsson and protected by copyright law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or share any materials without express written permission.
You may use the content for your own personal and non-commercial purposes only.
