This is a frequently asked question, and the answer is everyone is hypnotizable. In fact multiple times a day your mind enters the same alpha and delta waves as in hypnosis.

When in hypnosis you’re not asleep, you are in a highly relaxed state of mind.

Change happens in one of three ways:
Immediate
Cumulative
Retroactive
There is no “right way” to change, each is equally valid. It’s highly important to follow through with the instructions given after the session to lock in the new beliefs.

Between 1-3 sessions depending on the issue, severity and the events during the session.
In some cases where you’ve had the problem for a long time, you may need more than one- but we won’t know until after the first session.
Don’t worry, this doesn’t mean it’s not working- it’s rewiring the old beliefs.
